Sunset Disco is a considered creative content studio designed for elevated content creation. Featuring a minimalist aesthetic with white floorboards, high ceilings and filled with natural light, the studio is complimented by an elevated prop collection, a neutral curated palette and refined touches of chrome.


Created as a creative residency for Melbourne’s creative community, Sunset Disco offers a thoughtfully curated space for brands and creatives to bring their vision to life.

NATURAL LIGHT INFORMATION:

The studio faces west with three large windows allowing ample natural light all day. On sunny days, direct sunlight hits the studio around 1pm until sunset. We are a 100% natural light photo studio and do not offer any lighting or camera equipment however you are of course welcome to BYO.

FAQ

  • The studio gets beautiful natural light all day however as it faces west, the most stunning light is in the afternoon as the sun sets. For best natural lighting, we recommend booking from midday onwards. Please note that lighting conditions can vary depending on the weather and the type of camera you are using.

  • Sunset Disco is located just 3.5km from Melbourne’s CBD, within in the creative hub of Richmond. We are 100m from the closest tram stop and 800m from Richmond train station.

  • Every booking includes one off-street car park for the duration of your shoot. An additional off-street car park can be organised on request for $25+GST. Street parking is also available or there is street parking on Swan Street and neighbouring streets, just be mindful of inspectors and clearways.
